Terms & Conditions:

Due to the personalised nature of the products we provide, we do not accept returns on printed products where the design proof has been approved.

All our products are quality checked before packaged for collection/delivery.

Prices are subject to change and EXCLUDES delivery. In the case where payment has been made and a product has gone out of stock at that moment, we will be in contact to either offer a similar product, credit your account or refund you.

We do require FULL payment before we can start on your order.
Design proofs will be sent for approval and sign-off before we commence on production.

Collection points are available in Centurion and Alberton. We can also courier. We use The Courier Guy and/or PUDO.

LEAD TIMES VARY PER PRODUCT

  • 7 to 10 working days on products and apparel not listed below, this includes 1 to 3 working days for design/setup.
  • BLANKETS: 10 to 15 working days (Jan-Oct). 15 to 20 working days (Nov-Dec).
  • CANVAS & PUZZLES: +- 10 working days.
  • BUSINESS CARDS & FLYERS: +- 10 working days.
  • ALL BULK APPAREL & PRODUCTS (50+ units): lead times will be discussed.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us to see if and how we can assist. A rush-fee may be payable depending on the timeframe.
